"When we lost Little Bill on Sunday, we had to come up with a plan pretty quickly on what to do, on a weekend, with the vet’s office closed. Fortunately, I remembered seeing a post about Lawrence Pet Cremation. They are a fairly new, family-owned business who discovered when their own dog passed away, that there was no one locally that offered this service. Pets would typically have to be sent out of town to be cremated which could take 2-3 weeks. I contacted them right away on Sunday, and within about an hour they came to the house and picked Little Bill up. We had him back on Tuesday. They handled everything in a very respectful manner, and were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions which alleviated a lot of my anxiety. If anyone ever has a need for this type of service, I highly recommend them. They have already partnered with six local vet offices as a referral and hopefully they will get more. It’s good to have him back home! ❤️‍🩹🐾"
